Behind LAZY! is Elise Batt, a young foodie who’s favourite thing in life is eating and entertaining. Elise has very high standards when it comes to food, which without a doubt comes from growing up with a Caterer as her Mum. Finally, she has found a way to put this to good use! This is not the first time Elise has dabbled in the Seeded Bar market, her Intermediate School Science and Tech Fair Project was an Emergency Ration Nuts and Seed Bar to take tramping, which won the regional fair…!

Elise worked with Alex Gibbon, a Qualified Chef, to develop and test the recipes to ensure they are perfect every time and can be enjoyed by everyone. Alex has worked in many restaurants around New Zealand ranging from traditional gastro fare to Spanish Fusion. She loves to experiment with flavours especially spices and has been key in developing the LAZY! mixes that we all love!
